Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Please note that we cannot process requests received after this period.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our support team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your package to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bikinis & Bodysuits (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items purchased more than 15 days ago
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.
